Refund Policy
Dzane Tech is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. We offer an unlimited free revision policy that allows you to request improvements based on your initial design brief at no additional cost through your account dashboard.
Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, the delivered designs or services must:
- Remain unused
- Not be published or shared on any website or platform across the internet
If you are not satisfied with the services provided by Dzane Tech, you may submit a refund request within five (5) days of receiving your initial designs. If no refund request is received within this period, it will be assumed that you are satisfied with the delivered work.
For combo or special packages, refund terms apply the same way as for individual packages. To process your refund, you must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Refund Breakdown
Refund requests will be processed as follows:
- Before delivery: Eligible for a 100% refund (minus a 10% service and processing fee)
- Within 48 hours of initial delivery: Eligible for a 66% refund (minus a 10% service and processing fee)
- Within 48 hours of initial delivery: Eligible for a 66% refund (minus a 10% service and processing fee)
- After 120 hours: No refunds will be processed
However, we encourage you to reach out to our team at support@dzanetech.com for resolution, as customer satisfaction is our priority.
Refund requests must be submitted to our support department. Dzane Tech reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on our terms and evaluation.
Refund Processing (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your refund request, you will be notified via email regarding its approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider
- Contact your bank, as processing times may vary

Non-Refundable Items (if applicable)
- Discounted or promotional packages are non-refundable
- Services that have already been used, downloaded, or deployed are not eligible for a refund
Replacements / Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace designs if our designed logos are proven to be plagiarized from the internet. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@dzanetech.com, and our team will handle the issue.

Once the initial design is created, the designer will present it to the client for feedback. The client can request revisions or changes to the design until they are satisfied with the final product. The number of revisions allowed may depend on the designer's policies.

Final Delivery
Once the client approves the final design, the designer will provide them with the necessary files in different formats for various uses, such as print or digital media. The client will receive the design in high-resolution formats.
